1. Consent to Videotaping and Photography
All CodeLaunch event attendees hereby grant permission to CodeLaunch and its affiliates, agents, and assigns (collectively referred to as “Event Organizers”) to videotape, photograph, and otherwise record my image, likeness, voice, and any statements made by me during the event described above (“Event”). I understand that these recordings may be used for promotional, marketing, advertising, educational, and other lawful purposes in any media format, including but not limited to social media, websites, and broadcast media, without further compensation or notification to me.
2. Release of Rights
I understand that my attendance to this event serves as a waiver of any right to inspect or approve the finished product, including any written or electronic copy, wherein my likeness or statements appear. I also waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of the recordings.
