CODELAUNCH MEXICO 2024 PCL TEAMS
This year’s event will feature top-tier IT consulting companies, including Contollo, SIAC, DW Software, Romio, and Improving. These consulting teams provide pro-bono expertise to propel startup products forward, culminating in the grand event. Although there’s friendly competition among these firms, they all share the same goal: transforming startup dreams into reality!

The following six startups have made it to the finals and will be competing for the CodeLaunch winner’s belt in Guadalajara!
FIZI aims to bring micro-businesses, known as “changarros,” into the digital world by leveraging the phones they already use. These small neighborhood stores make up over 85% of businesses and 48% of the GDP in regions like Mexico. FIZI enables customers to easily pick up goods without leaving their cars, using a virtual drive-thru system. With no additional hardware or software required and low service fees, it offers an accessible platform to boost local economies while expanding its model globally.
K’uub México is an innovative logistics platform that optimizes local deliveries for homes, businesses, and industries. Originally launched to solve the logistical challenges of a hardware store, K’uub has grown into a hybrid B2C and B2B model connecting users with available drivers who offer the ideal vehicle for any shipment. By reducing empty trips and promoting efficient resource use, K’uub minimizes costs and CO₂ emissions, offering sustainable solutions. With competitive fees for drivers and users, K’uub aims to provide flexible, reliable, and eco-friendly delivery services for a greener future.
Viako is revolutionizing cold chain logistics by addressing inefficiencies such as food waste due to poor temperature management and high levels of empty miles in freight transport. Their app and website connect food companies with freight carriers, reducing wait times, eliminating empty miles, and ensuring a higher success rate for shipments. With real-time monitoring and proposals from multiple carriers, they offer a seamless and scalable solution. Their business model includes a commission per freight and a monthly membership fee, and they have already gained traction with over 100 monthly freights, 30 recurrent carriers, and 400 registered drivers.
