Requirements for Submission:

Pitch Deck – PowerPoint or PDF format only.
Mockups/Wireframes – If you are drafted by a Hackathon Team and become a ‘Finalist,’ your UI/UX mockups show us (and the devs) your product design vision.
Deadline – Application must be submitted by July 6th, 2025 at 11:59PM CT.

US-based startups, or startups with at least one United States-based co-founder.

Applicant Non-Disclosure

A mutual non-disclosure agreement is included in the CodeLaunch application. However, you can view a sample NDA here.

Semfinalists Agreement

Cohorts who advance to the Semifinalist round of the CodeLaunch competition will be required to complete our Semifinalist Competitor Agreement. You can view a sample PDF here.
