CodeLaunch LATAM 2026 Championship: Meet the Six Finalists

Six LATAM startups are one step closer to the CodeLaunch World Championship.

Following a competitive application, evaluation, and pitch process, Sommos, Neru App, Violetta, CGURO, Aurora, and MEASURABLE have been selected to compete at the CodeLaunch LATAM 2026 Championship on October 14 at Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas in Zapopan, Mexico.

Each finalist will now be paired with an Improving Professional Coder League team for an intensive development sprint ahead of the live competition.

CodeLaunch is more than a traditional pitch competition. The live Venturetainment experience combines startup competition, entertainment, and real product execution without taking cash or equity from participating founders.

Meet the six ventures representing this year’s CodeLaunch LATAM finalist class.

SOMMOS

WHAT THEY DO

Sommos is building a new pathway to financial inclusion by helping people establish a trusted financial track record through their savings behavior. The platform gives individuals without traditional credit histories a way to demonstrate financial responsibility and improve their access to formal financial services.

WHY IT MATTERS

Millions of people are excluded from traditional credit systems simply because they lack an established credit history. By looking at savings behavior as an alternative indicator of financial responsibility, Sommos aims to help underserved consumers demonstrate creditworthiness and unlock financial opportunities that may otherwise be unavailable to them.

Neru App is focused on the mental side of athletic performance, helping athletes train their minds with the same intention and consistency they bring to physical training. The platform is designed to make mental performance training more accessible and practical for athletes.

WHY IT MATTERS

Physical preparation has long been central to sports performance, but mental preparation can be just as critical. Athletes face pressure, expectations, setbacks, and intense competition, yet access to consistent mental training can be limited. Neru wants to make training the mind a routine part of becoming a better athlete.

Violetta is building an AI-powered relationship platform designed to give people continuous access to personalized relationship guidance. Building on years of user conversations, proprietary insights, community engagement, and responsible AI development, the company is creating a digital companion for people navigating the complexities of their relationships.

WHY IT MATTERS

Relationship challenges don’t happen on a schedule, and professional guidance isn’t always available at the moment someone needs it. Violetta is working to make trusted relationship support more accessible and continuous, particularly for Spanish-speaking users who may have fewer digital resources designed specifically for their needs.

WHAT THEY DO

CGURO is tackling one of the most frustrating parts of the auto insurance process: the wait for a payout after an accident. The company’s model is designed to provide customers with faster access to money rather than forcing them to wait weeks or months for an insurance claim to be paid.

WHY IT MATTERS

An accident can immediately disrupt someone’s ability to get to work, care for their family, or manage everyday expenses. In Mexico, insurance payouts can take 60 to 90 days, leaving drivers without access to their vehicle or the money needed to move forward. CGURO is focused on closing that gap.

ABOUT THE VENTURE

“The hard part isn’t the accident — it’s the morning after, when the car is gone and your insurer can’t tell you when they’ll pay. In Mexico that payout wait runs 60 to 90 days. We buy the wait.”

WHAT THEY DO

Aurora is an AI-powered SaaS platform built to help small and growing businesses centralize their sales and inventory data and turn it into actionable insights. The platform is designed to help businesses, particularly retail SMBs in Latin America, better understand their operations and make faster, data-driven decisions.

WHY IT MATTERS

Small businesses generate valuable operational data every day, but that information can be scattered across different tools, spreadsheets, and systems. Without the resources or technology available to larger organizations, turning that data into useful insights can be difficult and time-consuming. Aurora uses AI to simplify that process and make business intelligence more accessible to growing companies.

THEIR CODELAUNCH EXPERIENCE

“CodeLaunch has driven my startup forward from the very beginning. In 2024, as a first-semester student at Tec de Monterrey, I had a strong drive to become an entrepreneur and an idea in mind: building a company that used AI to genuinely help people in the workplace.

Around that time, I remember with real fondness that an event called CodeLaunch was coming to my university. I signed up out of curiosity, not fully knowing what to expect. Even though I was in the middle of studying for exams, I remember completely forgetting everything around me the moment the show started. It captured my full attention, and something sparked inside me. I thought: ‘One day, I’m going to be on that stage, and I’m going to win this competition.’

That event is what pushed me to start building Aurora seriously.

Determined to win CodeLaunch LATAM 2025, I focused on building an idea genuinely strong enough to compete. Driven by the idea of changing the world through AI and winning CodeLaunch, I watched every video on the CodeLaunch curation page to give myself the best possible shot.

We applied to CodeLaunch LATAM 2025 and made it into the cohort. The closer we got to the final, the more we learned. Beyond the competition, the networking and reveal events gave us the chance to meet strategic people we’ve continued collaborating and staying in touch with.

During that process, we received very tough feedback from Jason, but that feedback is what helped us mature and truly grow. We took the most important parts of that feedback to heart: validate with real people, test and experiment before building something more robust, and focus on a specific niche.

We took that feedback seriously enough to tear Aurora down and rebuild it. We adopted a niche, validated it with real, objective people connected to that niche, and built many MVEs before arriving at the one we have today.

CodeLaunch has taught us everything, and we are deeply grateful for it. We’ve built from scratch, learned along the way, torn things down, and matured throughout this journey. We are not a team that gives up easily, and we come into this new edition of CodeLaunch fully open to learning, ready to give everything we have to compete and to win.”

MEASURABLE

WHAT THEY DO

MEASURABLE is an AI-powered marketing report generator designed to automate the creation of monthly client reports for marketing agencies. By streamlining a repetitive part of agency operations, the platform aims to give teams more time to focus on strategy, creative work, and client results.

WHY IT MATTERS

Monthly reporting can consume significant time across an agency, especially when teams are manually gathering performance data and turning it into client-ready reports. MEASURABLE aims to automate that process, helping agencies operate more efficiently and scale their reporting without adding unnecessary manual work.

ABOUT THE VENTURE

“MEASURABLE is an AI Marketing Report Generator, which automates the creation of monthly reports for clients in an agency. We, a Marketing Agency itself, are looking to invest in advertising for our project, which our IP in digital marketing advertising is the best value for this inside projects.”

THE ROAD AHEAD

The six finalists now move into the next phase of the competition, where each startup will be paired with an Improving Professional Coder League team for an intensive development sprint leading into Championship Day.

These teams will work alongside the founders to build and improve real product features, helping each startup arrive at the CodeLaunch LATAM stage with more than a pitch. They’ll have tangible technical progress behind them.

The finalists will then come together on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at Conjunto Santander de Artes Escénicas in Zapopan, Mexico, for the CodeLaunch LATAM 2026 Championship.

The live event runs from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM CST, bringing together founders, developers, investors, partners, and members of the LATAM startup ecosystem for an evening of innovation and Venturetainment.

CodeLaunch’s growing presence in Latin America is supported by a community of organizations committed to creating opportunities for founders and strengthening the region’s startup ecosystem.

On Championship Day, each finalist will pitch live before the audience and compete for the title of CodeLaunch LATAM 2026 Champion.

Through the Launch Kings app, attendees can purchase $50,000 in LaunchBucks and use them to support the startups they believe in. The competition combines audience participation with the live CodeLaunch experience, giving attendees an active role in the action.

The stakes extend well beyond Guadalajara.

The CodeLaunch LATAM Champion will automatically advance to the 2026 CodeLaunch World Championship on November 11 in Dallas, Texas, where they will compete against champions from other CodeLaunch events for the global title.

For these six founders, October 14 represents the next major step in a journey that could take them all the way to Dallas.
